This video takes you step by step through the Turkish get up. While the basis of the TGU is that you go from lying on the floor to standing up to lying back down, there are a ton of intricacies that go into making this movement smooth, efficient, and effective. Lauren breaks down each step of the TGU in detail and gives specific cues and directions to help you feel confident and safe throughout the learning process!

There is no shortage of breakdowns and progressions that you can find on the kettlebell swing around the internet. However, this intensive walks you through all of the “in-between” concepts you need to know in order to perform the swing confidently and safely. Jason will teach you how to keep your weight centered across your mid-foot, how to breathe and stay relaxed while still exerting a lot of force, and how to address common faults and errors that most people make when swinging. These are all key components to learning how to swing efficiently while minimizing the risk for injury!
