There is no shortage of breakdowns and progressions that you can find on the kettlebell swing around the internet. However, this intensive walks you through all of the “in-between” concepts you need to know in order to perform the swing confidently and safely. Jason will teach you how to keep your weight centered across your mid-foot, how to breathe and stay relaxed while still exerting a lot of force, and how to address common faults and errors that most people make when swinging. These are all key components to learning how to swing efficiently while minimizing the risk for injury!

How long will I have access to the materials?

Once you purchase Power & Flow you will have lifetime access to all of the content!

How many kettlebells do I need?

We recommend having 3 kettlebells - one light, one medium, and one heavy.

The light bell would be used for Turkish get ups, the medium bell would be used for learning swings, and the heavy bell for deadlifts and eventually swings once you feel more confident with the movement.

You can absolutely take this course without the light bell, since the weight is not the main focus of the TGU portion. The majority of the TGU section is done without weight and the focus is on learning the movement pattern before adding load.

Where do I access the videos?

We have an on demand platform where you can easily access the videos on your phone, tablet, or laptop, and you’ll also be able to cast it to your TV if you have an Apple TV/fire tv/roku device.

Can I watch it from any device?

How much kettlebell experience do I need?
