And now we're in the last quarter of the year and you're feeling frustrated about your lack of progress toward those goals.

Firstly, remember that whole global pandemic we mentioned - yeah it derailed a lot of well-intentioned plans!

We've put together a 21-day reboot challenge that consists of small group training sessions, a done-for-you workout program, and more!
Get ready to feel like yourself again!
You'll receive 2 or 3 total body strength training workouts per week in a small group training (SGT) format.
During the socially distant, 6-person SGT session, you'll be in your very own personal "pod" that is outfitted with every piece of equipment you'll need for your workout including kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, a squat rack, and barbells!
You'll feel extremely safe and comfortable working out in this social, but physically distant workout environment!
The gym is located at 42 Merriam St. Somerville, MA
Our SGT program is easily modifiable for people of all experience levels!
The program works in 4-week blocks, and we teach you how to progress from week to week for each exercise. We provide a workout log for you to track your progress from week to week!
Our coaches will always provide multiple options for each exercise so that no matter what your experience level is, you can rest assured that there will always be a variation that meets you where you're at!
First and foremost, we only hire awesome people at Achieve! And by awesome, we mean warm, welcoming, encouraging people that are of course phenomenal coaches!
They'll never shame you or make you uncomfortable, and like we mentioned above, will always work with you to find exercise variations that meet you where you're at.
You can expect your coach to walk around the room to make sure you know exactly what you're doing, and provide detailed and individualized coaching cues.
Access to Small Group Training sessions, exceptional coaches, and a carefully thought out total body strength training program are obviously the backbone of the Reboot, but we also wanted to provide a way to bake in some habit-building practices as well!
During your first session, we'll provide you with an accountability chart along with some gold stars.
That might sound silly, but gold star stickers have been indoctrinated in us since the 1st grade as powerful motivational incentives.
You'll be shocked with how much pleasure you'll get out of putting a small sticker on your chart, but that little physical gesture can make all the difference in terms of being consistent on your journey!

You can use this guide to generate ideas for other ways to stay accountable to your health and fitness outside of just your training sessions, such as sleep and hydration,
Booking your sessions and managing your workout schedule is super easy through our Achieve Fitness - Boston app, available for download in the apple store and google play store!
When you open the app you'll see how many sessions you have remaining on your account and can book out up to 2 weeks in advance to reserve your spot!
You'll pick your workout pod when you reserve your session so you know exactly where to go when you walk into the gym!

Gyms and fitness studios can often feel so elitist and exclusive, which is why our mission since 2012 has been to bring more inclusivity and positive vibes to the fitness space.
We're very intentional with the writing/imagery on our walls, the language we use while coaching, and the way we approach fitness. We want to do everything in our power to help make you feel like you belong here.
Prior to the pandemic, we actually had a very different gym model that consisted of large group classes and personal training.
In order to keep our members and our team as safe as possible, we came up with the SGT model which basically combines the best elements of both large group classes and personal training into one effective and safe experience.
You will have your very own 9' x 10' space that will serve as your "pod." In that pod, you'll have your own kettlebells, dumbbells, squat rack, mats, bands, chalk, and anything else you could possibly need for a workout. That means everyone will be spread out in a socially distant manner and you will be the only person using the equipment in your pod.
Lastly, we conduct temperature checks, have ample disinfecting and hand sanitizing dispensers around the gym, and enforce a strict mask policy.
With 6 people working out in 6,000 square feet, you will feel very safe!

Our programming focuses on building strength and sustainable habits that make you feel your best. You will never hear us pushing fad diets or shaming you for what your body looks like. You are already an amazing human, and we are just here to help you get stronger and feel more empowered in a safe and inclusive environment!
